I am a Somatic Trauma therapist specialising in developmental (childhood), relational trauma therapy & attachment wound healing. I am also a certified Breathwork practitioner and somaitc coach. I take a holisitc & somatic approach to healing & self-development and align body and mind healing with subconscious repgramming of limting beleifs and negative thought patterns directing our unwanted behabviours and habits. I also work with anxiety & stress relief and depression recovery support. I am dedicated to support and empower you to transform anxiety, fears and limiting beliefs so you can step into your true, authentic self with compassion, trust & courage.

Join me for a guided journey combining somatic practices and breathwork to connect with your inner child in a safe and supportive space. Through gentle somatic exercises, you’ll learn to notice what you’re feeling in your body, explore how these sensations connect to past experiences, and discover the child parts within you that long to be seen, heard, and cared for.

Breathwork will help you access these deeper layers with regulation and safety, allowing your nervous system to reset and find balance. Together, we’ll practice meeting these inner parts with compassion, tending to their needs, and using the breath as both a bridge to healing and a tool for support.Take time out for ‘YOU’ to develop & heal the relationship with your inner child (child parts/feeling within you) to facilitate deeper healing & growth, find deeper connection and regain a sense of control and clarity over any emotional struggles, relationship/family challenges and/or life transitions.


I’ve developed a unique Breathwork methodology blended with intentional somatic trauma therapy practices and writing exercises designed to safely guide you into a deep inner journey. As you reconnect to the wisdom of your body, you’ll encounter younger parts of yourself (and even younger adult parts) — whose needs to be seen, heard, understood, soothed, or simply allowed to BE were inconsistently met, inadequately supported, or in some cases, never met at all, in both childhood and even in relationships. These are the parts whose feelings were not fully held, comforted, or allowed to be expressed, and through this work, they are gently invited to be felt and expressed fully to bring us back into wholeness.

When those experiences were overwhelming, frightening, unsupported, not allowed to express feelings or simply not allowed to just be yourself without conditions, expectations or being criticised, the mind often disconnected from the body in order to cope. This survival response left these parts fragmented in the body, giving rise to protective adaptations such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, overworking, over-helping, avoiding, or shutting down. While these strategies once helped us survive and were protective, they no long work for us as adults, Over time they become ingrained patterns that shape how we feel, relate, and choose in adult life — often keeping us stuck and disconnected from our authentic selves.

In this space, you’ll be gently supported to meet these adaptive parts — the protectors, pleasers, achievers, avoiders, or shutdown parts — with compassion and curiosity. Through breath, somatic awareness, and integration, you’ll begin to restore wholeness, release what no longer serves you, and reclaim the freedom to live and relate from your true self.

👉 This work is not about blaming caregivers or parents, there's no healing and growth in this. It’s about approaching ourselves with curiosity and compassion — gently exploring how we’ve learned and adapted into certain patterns of behaviour, reactions, and cycles of negative thinking or feeling that may once have been 'protective' but not longer serve us.

What will happen during the workshop:

- We will start with grounding and anchoring exercises to ensure you're feeling safe & regulated before going deeper. Then I will give you some carefully designed exercises & questions to write about (and draw if you like). We will also do some somatic exercises to gently get in touch with the internal bodily sensations, impulses and signals that trigger our trauma sequences. This will offer a therapeutic framework to go into the Breathwork.

- You will then experience a full deep session of Breathwork which will be carefully curated to offer you the space and somatic support for any emotional release. I will encourage sound and movement and guide you through your journey and I will be talking to your subconscious mind as you drift into theta brain wave.

- There will also be somatic support and opportunities to release and discharge stuck survival energy that gets trapped in our body for decades and needs safety and support to be redistributed into your life energy for you do, be and live freely and truthfully. Somatic trauma work is gentle and not forced - we do not push releases but I will help you trust your body and follow what the energy needs to do . It may be gentle, soothing releases without much movement at all but gentle touch or hugging, crying or laughing that it needs. Or a big release may be needed which could be screaming, shaking, bigger movements and banging the floor. We trust and follow what your inner child (i.e the energy and nervous system) needs.

We will call in more Courage, Compassion & Joy. With the breath as your medicine, I will safely guide you as you drift deeper into the subconscious mind and learn how to feel, release & transform surpassed emotions & trauma stuck & unresolved in the body. We will start with grounding and anchoring exercises to ensure you're feeling safe & regulated before going deeper. Then I will give you some carefully designed exercises & questions to write about (and draw if you like). This will offer a therapeutic framework to go into the Breathwork. I will guide you throughout the Breathwork and be talking to your subconscious mind as you drift into theta brain wave and offer continuous somatic support during emotional releases.

You will access your inner freedom and peace. You will create space to feel, release & transform suppressed emotion and stored trauma in body (a little is enough in the realm of energy). You will reset & regulate the nervous system and access your life energy and the feelings you get to feel that are there for you - joy, excitement, peace :)

You will experience a full session of deep, conscious connected Breathwork to regulate your nervous system, facilitate mind and body healing, release suppressed emotions and/or unresolved trauma, relieve anxiety, stress, depression, and rebalance and reenergise the body. It will help restore safety and trust in the body and mind, and hold space for an emotional releases and somatic movement (e.g. tapping). It will also include coaching and therapy tools and practices to learn and take away with you.

The Breathwork session will be made of 2 parts:

1st half is active, transformational, deep belly breathing and long breath holds . It will discharge the Sympathetic nervous system, remove excess cortisol, facilitate healing and offer emotional release. Breath holds increase CO2 tolerance which increases O2 in body, alkalises blood, teaches trust and accesses deep inner peace.

2nd half is slow, conscious connected breathing to regulate and rebalance nervous system, teach it to feel safe again and sync up heart with rest of body. Allow you to access deep relaxation


What will happen in the Workshop?

1. You will learn the science behind Breathwork and understand how it is your internal medicine to manage and relieve any emotional and mental struggles such as anxiety, stress or depression.

2. You will learn how to set intentions in an effective way and we will call upon these at the start of the Breathwork

3. We will do some therapeutic inner child & self-development work around fears, limiting beleifs and supressed emotions like anxiety & anger holding you back from your true, athentic self. There will be some journalling questions to help you bring conscious awareness and compassion to the subconscious thoughts, limiting beliefs and supressed emotion/trauma in the body that may be driving negative thought patterns, challenging feelings and unhealthy/ unwanted patterns of behaviours & habits

4 . You will learn and takeaway tools and daily practices to help challenge and reframe the negative thoughts and 'untruths'. As you start to challenge your thoughts with your truths, you will create some powerful affirmations that we will weave into the Breathwork session and I will teach you some simple tapping (eft) to combine this with.

5. You will experience a full deep session of Breathwork which will be carefully curated to offer you the space and somatic support for any emotional release. I will encourage sound and movement and guide you through your journey.

6. You will tap into the power of your breath and use it to connect, regulate your nervous system, enter theta brainwave state where healing and change work can happen, access inner peace, cultivate acceptance, trust, love and compassion for yourself

7. After the Breathwork your body and mind will be in an optimal state for some meditation

8. We will end the workshop with a short cacao ceremony to seal intentions, share experiences if you feel like it and have a final release and celebration with some movement/dance


You will take away practices and tools to help manage and alleviate daily anxiety symptoms, build resilience and continue restoring safety and love for yourself to live life with joy, love and courage and be everything you're meant to be, not who you 'think' you're supposed to be.


You will start regaining control of the mind, reframing toxic thoughts, unlearning limiting beliefs and generating healthier, truthful, empowering thought structures. The key to healing is within our subconscious mind as well as our body supplemented by the right support, enough self-compassion and courage to take personal responsibility.


NOTE As we breath deeper and faster we enter the theta brainwave state (hypnotic/dream like state) where the subconscious mind is most open and receptive to change. This offers you the opportunity for some powerful healing and self-development work.


Everything is energy it is neither created, nor destroyed, but can be trasnformed. Every emotion is an energy in the body and somatic trauma healing allows you to understand this, find where the emotion got stuck (i.e freeze) and didn't get to resolve, discharge and complete its response in safety (i.e. flight, fight or freeze). This is all via the magical nervous system. You will work with the innate healing ability of your body. I will facilaite you to expereince the feelings and emotions on a deeper somatic level out of the mind, allowing for deeper connection and healing. I will guide you to create the space to feel and see what needs to be felt and seen, so that it can be confronted & greeted with love , kindness, curiosity & lots of compassion. This will all what needs releasing to trsnaformed allowing you to access the next phase of your healing journey. Even just a little is enough in the realm of energy.

When we function from fear - we lose sight of our true self and fail to meet our own needs, seeking validation, approval and safety from external sources. What trumps fear? Love. When we choose to be more loving, kind and compassionate with ourselves, we can allow ourselves to feel, heal, grow and evolve into who we are meant to be with courage, purpose and passion.
