Who is this workshop designed for?

If you're grappling with chronic stress, frustration and anger, insomnia, an overall sense of gloom, searching for a meaningful life experience that could bring you the insight that you need to make positive change, or simply craving a unique and enjoyable encounter.

Can anyone participate?

This workshop is suitable for everyone but requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution, your host advises against participation during pregnancy, or if you're epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional.

Do i need to bring anything?

Do i need to bring anything? On the day, we advise you to eat light, if at all. Please also make sure that you have a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, light blanket, water.
