What time do I have to be at the venue?

Please arrive before 3 pm, there's a waiting area at Waking Dreams.

When do you close your doors?

We will close doors at 3:10 pm, to keep a safe space.

What if I feel overwhelmed?

I am an experienced somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) and skilled in bringing calm, including in a group.

Do I have to share my personal story?

Not at all. We may not speak about any personal story at all. Instead, we will work on co-regulation as a group through the body sensations alone. Although, a personal story may come up and that is ok, we will hold a space of compassion and confidentiality.

Is each class the same?

No, every class is different but we may choose to repeat a class with some changes to go deeper into the healing.

We are using the principles of somatic experiencing to explore as we go into trauma/stress and other excercises to co-regulate, and express.
