I am an experienced somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) and skilled in bringing calm, including in a group.

Do I have to share my personal story?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We may not speak about any personal story at all. Instead, we will work on co-regulation as a group through the body sensations alone. Although, a personal story may come up and that is ok, we will hold a space of compassion and confidentiality.

No, every class is different but we may choose to repeat a class with some changes to go deeper into the healing.
