Yes, there are male and female toilets on site

Can I wear workout clothes?

Yes, you can. We will be working with crayons, colour pencils, and acrylic paints, there is a possibility of colour getting on your clothes. wear something that you are OK with getting dirty.

The Community Brain presents a new workshop.

Facilitator: Anisa Mawji (she/her) is an autistic & ADHD freestyle dancer & Director at NEUROMANCERS

Art & movement are expressions of us - what do we notice when we take the pressure off trying to create something perfect, and instead let what wants to come out of us, be released/expressed?

We will use grounding & activation techniques, music, breathwork & movement to create and be WITH the art we create. To be part of the art in process, and feel how it moves us.

Please carry your own yoga/workout mat and wear clothes you are comfortable getting dirt, as we will be working with paints and chalk during the workshop.

(Art supplies provided, but feel free to bring anything you like to work with!)
