Somerset Dementia Network - West Somerset

We will be joined by the West Somerset Living Better team who will be talking about the work they do to deliver joined up health and care services across the area. We will also explore ways that we can support communities living in more isolated areas to connect with each other and the support they need.

There will also be a complimentary networking lunch, and the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand to share your organisation's work with others.
