In order to prevent climate change, and to minimise our impact on the environment it is important to reduce waste, remake and recycle, and also to invest in quality. By making a conscious decision about where to purchase, and which brands to work with, we can work cohesively to protect our natural resources and wildlife, creating work which is also beautiful on the inside,
When something is made with love - it glows.
By reworking fabric and found objects as a artist I hope to showcase how 'recycled art' can also be beautiful and wearable. I have 9 years experience in working with recycled materials, first as Head Stylist and Manager of Prangsta Costumiers, followed by setting up my own brand in Berlin, and at Somerset House, in 'The Fairy Emporium'. I also make, source and style for The Jewelled Moon Theatre Company's productions: www.thejewelledmoontheatre.com
