Using proven industry tools, and expert facilitators, we will help you to:

• Understand innovation best practice and how it can be applied.
• Map out your ideas and knowledge in a structured way using the business model canvas.
• Explore business model patterns to identify further opportunities to deliver value.
• Evaluate your business model ready for testing and validation.

Culminating in an opportunity to present your findings and receive expert guidance on next steps, you’ll finish the day with a blueprint to take forward not your next stage of planning.
