Shared reading is a really simply idea. We get together in a Zoom session and read aloud a great story and poem, then stop from time to time to chat about what we have read. It's a lovely way to relax and escape the day to day. There's no pressure to talk or read unless you want to, you can just listen. Unlike a traditional book club, there's no homework. Your group organiser will bring the text each week. It's completely free and open to everyone. We send you a zoom link a day or two before the session.
