Is there parking  on site?

Yes parking is available and is free.
There will be marshals and signs to guide you to the allocated FREE parking.

What shall I bring with me?

As this is an open air event, please check the weather forecasts and bring appropriate clothing such as a waterproof jacket and/or an umbrella in case of inclement weather.
Feel free to bring a picnic blanket or picnic chair to make yourself comfortable.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Only trained and certified service dogs, are allowed to attend this event.

What amenities are available on site?

Snack stations are available for refreshments.

The play area will be open and accessible to supervised children from the audience before and during the event.

Toilet facilities are available to members of the audience and performers.

Baby changing facilities and disabled toilets on site.

Can I take pictures or videos?

Not all children will have consent to have their photograph taken or to be filmed.  Please be mindful when taking a picture of your own child and please do not share photographs on any social media platforms.

Is the site accessible?

The site is flat and easily accessible for all wheelchair users and families with pushchairs.

Shuttleworth have a small number of wheelchairs which can be borrowed free of charge but do please email enquiries@shuttleworth.org to pre-book.
