Song-writing on the NHS? Investigating group music therapy for adults with chronic depression

Can creating songs help adults with chronic depression? Dr Catherine Carr (Queen Mary University, London) presents findings from the SYNCHRONY project investigating the feasibility of group songwriting as a music therapy intervention, with Cornelia Bent (music therapist, East London NHS Foundation trust) and Emma Windle (PhD student, QMUL).
