Welcome to our online Songwriting Sisterhood Workshop!

7th OCTOBER WORKSHOP:

Your Voice - Your Power

A 60 minute online workshop for female musicians.

Your voice is more than a tool, it’s your identity, your power, and your way of being heard. In this reflective and collaborative session, we’ll explore how to use, maintain, and sustain your voice with confidence.

Through a blend of practical vocal techniques, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)-based mindset coaching, and nervous system regulation tools, you’ll learn how to:

  • Feel more confident expressing yourself through your voice
  • Care for and strengthen your vocal wellbeing
  • Work with performance nerves and self-doubt
  • Connect your voice with your values and identity as an artist

This isn’t a jam-packed lecture, but a spacious and supportive environment for reflection, exploration, and co-creation. Come as you are, whether you’re a singer, instrumentalist, or creative professional - your voice matters.

Please bring your questions - there will be space for discussion at the end.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST - CAROLINE FITCH

Caroline is a professional vocal coach, singer, and mindset practitioner who helps musicians find and empower their voices. Drawing on 20 years in the music and theatre industry, she specialises in vocal technique and performance psychology, with a particular focus on managing Music Performance Anxiety (MPA). Her performance career has spanned theatre, music, and multidisciplinary work, with highlights including playing Carole King in Beautiful and touring with actor-musician production Once

Through her practice: The Mindful Voice Studio, Caroline now supports singers and musicians in refining their vocal craft while building resilience and confidence. Her approach combines empathy, creativity, and evidence-based mindset tools, enabling artists to perform with freedom and authenticity. She also leads workshops and group programmes, equipping singers with practical strategies to manage nerves, shift mindset, and reconnect with the joy of performing.

Caroline’s philosophy is grounded in lived experience: she understands the pressures of auditions, touring, and the stage, and uses that insight to guide others towards vocal growth and empowered artistry.
