Sonic Bathing | Gong Bath with Tracey West

We invite you to an affordable gong bath with Tracey West. Gong bathing provides you with an immersive sonic massage and a cellular cleanse for your mind, body and soul. You will be invited to lay down and rest in stillness, stretch or move while experiencing cascading layers of sound that are filtered through from the highest source. Ripples of Sound induce a meditative state and provide the opportunity for you to just be, it’s a really special experience.

You will need to bring all that you need to feel really warm and comfortable – we will get Cobalt as warm as possible but it is a concrete floor so make sure you have cosy stuff to lie on and in.
