Sonic Labs: Dumfries Drum Day

Welcome to Sonic Labs (formerly known as Free Improvisation!), a hub where noise and sound collide in a whirlwind of creativity.

Crafted by a group of local music lovers and innovators, Sonic Labs warmly welcomes everyone to join in the joy of making music together.

We’re teaming up with Dumfries Drum Day, running a special rhythm-focused jam session of group improvisation and discussion. Players of all abilities and disciplines welcome. Spectators and participants are welcome to come and go as they please.

The session will run from 5:30pm, straight after the drum day, and conclude at 7:30pm in time for the Corto Alto performance at the Loreburn Hall.
