Bathe & immerse yourself in sacred soul sounds. Relax, meditate & contemplate. Be soothed, cleansed & energetically realigned. Join us...
You will enter a place of calm. A sacred, Reiki cleansed space where you will find your sanctuary space around the beautiful instruments. Get comfortable and snuggle in. I will lead your mind to leave the world outside behind and focus you for setting an intention for your session.
Then I play and take you on a sound journey. Relax, let the sound waves move through and over you, gently releasing what no longer serves you and helping your energy body to realign and rebalance. The full session lasts around an hour. I shall bring you back and give you time to gather your thoughts. Please ensure that you have enough comfort in the mat you are lying in and that you can remain warm with a decent blanket.
Sound baths are generally considered safe & relaxing experiences, but there are certain contraindications to be aware of, particularly for individuals with specific health conditions. Here are some common contraindications:
- Severe Mental Health Conditions: Individuals with acute anxiety, panic disorders, or other severe mental health issues may not benefit from sound baths.
- Heart Conditions: Those with heart conditions or pacemakers should consult their healthcare provider before participating due to the sound frequencies.
- Seizure Disorders: People with a history of seizures may need to avoid sound baths, especially those with bright lights or certain sound frequencies.
- Pregnancy: While some pregnant individuals may find sound baths relaxing, others may prefer to avoid them, especially in the first trimester.
- Sensitive to Sound or Vibration: Some people may find the sounds unsettling or may have conditions that make them sensitive to auditory stimulation.
- Recent Surgeries or Injuries: Those recovering from certain surgeries or injuries may want to avoid loud sounds or vibrations that could exacerbate their condition.
If you're considering a sound bath and have any health concerns, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional beforehand.
