Sonus Faber Stradivari Showcase Evening

To make the evening special we will also welcome world famous violin expert Florian Leonhard who will present an original Stradivari violin to our guests. This is a rare chance to hear both the Stradivari loudspeakers and the legendary violin that inspired them.

Sonus Faber first released their Stradivari speaker over 20 years ago with incredible success. It has long been one of the most revered and sought after speakers in modern history. The Stradivari G2 is a modern take on this classic, building on the legacy of meticulous woodworking and artisanship whilst using modern practises to maximise the power of low frequencies with a unique design that expands the soundstage.

Our guest speaker Florian Leonhard is considered one of the world’s foremost authorities on Italian stringed instruments. Florian considers Antonio Stradivari to be the finest Italian luthier, who mastered the craft and achieved near-perfection in every aspect.

The violin that will be presented is the original instrument from Antonio Stradivari (1644-1737). Instruments produced during this time are considered the highest quality you can find.

This is a first of its kind event. We will be demonstrating the speaker and violin side by side. You will be able to hear for the first time how these two incredible pieces sound first hand.

We will be running three sessions on the evening (5pm, 6:15pm & 7:30pm). Please select the session you wish to attend. To keep the demonstration room comfortable and sounding its best, space will be limited so do not delay.
