Yes, the hall is lovely and warm with central heating

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring an extra yoga mat, cushions and blankets for comfort

Do I have to lie down on the floor?

No, you are more than welcome to sit up on a chair or in a seated position on the floor at any time during the sound bath

This is my first sound bath, will I be told what to expect?

Yes! Tara will have a chat at the beginning about the benefits of sound baths and how she conducts her sound baths. You will be fully guided throughout the session.
