Sophie Richards in conversation with Lucy Ellis at Waterstones Piccadilly
Overview
We’re delighted to welcome Sophie Richards to Piccadilly to celebrate publication of The Anti-Inflammatory 30-day Reset. Alongside empowering information about how to address inflammation and hormonal imbalances with food and lifestyle, this inspiring book is filled with delicious recipes from raspberry and pistachio pannacotta to spicy salmon with coconut-lime drizzle. Sophie will be hosted by professional bookworm, Lucy Ellis, from Lucy’s Book Club.
Sophie Richards is a women’s health practitioner who shares her expertise and insights from her own health journey in order to help and inspire others. She runs the women’s health community Found and is the host of ‘The Finally Found Podcast’. After suffering for 10 years with chronic pain, bloating and fatigue, and being told by medical professionals that no solution was available to her – even after being formally diagnosed with endometriosis – Sophie set out to find her own way to alleviate her debilitating symptoms and completely transformed her life.
While documenting her journey and sharing the tips learned along the way, Sophie has built a loyal online community of over 700k followers (IG @sophie.richards) and self-published an Anti-Inflammatory Protocol (AIP) guide, which became an instant sales success. Sophie recently launched a symptom journal and often speaks at events and retreats in the UK and overseas.
Please note: book and ticket option includes a copy of The Anti-Inflammatory 30-day Reset (RRP £25) available for collection on the night. Sophie will be signing books after the talk.
