Feeling overwhelmed or a bit all over the place? This session is all about gentle, realistic ways to bring a bit more order into your daily life - not perfection, just peace of mind.When life feels busy, simple routines can help bring balance. This workshop explores how getting organised (in a realistic way!) can support your wellbeing. We’ll look at gentle planning, boundaries, and making space for what matters.

We’ll look at simple organising ideas (think routines, spaces, and time) that help reduce stress and make space for what matters. Inspired by the feel-good vibes of “Sort Your Life Out,” but with a self-care twist. No judgement, just helpful tips you can actually use.
