Can absolute beginners join, even if I've never done a dance class before?

Queens of ALL LEVELS are welcome, whether you're an experienced dancer or never danced before.

We break down the moves in bite sized sections so you'll SMASH the routine! Each routine runs for 2 weeks, so I would recommend booking 2 classes for ultimate confidence.

Can I turn up to this workshop as a one-off?

Accepted Answer

SOS classes are all about feeling good, having fun, building your confidence and feeling empowered in your body. I am passionate about bringing the joy of dance to adults of all levels, body shapes, sizes and ages (16+) with no pressure to be perfect.

Refunds must be requested with more than 24 hours notice to be valid for class transfer or refund.
