Soul Cafe Talk & Meetup 'Get Blissed' Natasha Aylott
Tue 3 May 2016, 19:30 – 22:00 BST
When you operate from a place that is “heart centred” you can create an exceptional life for yourself. A life that is healed from the inside out. Learn to live at your highest self.
Get Blissed is the most incredible journey you will ever take, because it is YOUR journey. The magnificent and wondrous journey of YOUR life. Life is an adventure, a gift for you to enjoy, savour and have fun with. When you discover who you are, why you are here and what your gifts are, you can shine in the world like the bright star you are. Life is like a great big playground, so try the swings. If you don’t like the swings, then try the slide. Your life is especially amazing when you set the intention, place your order, don’t take it all so seriously and enjoy the ride.
Natasha will inspire and empower you to stand in your own magnificence with an enthusiastic & heart centred talk.

Natasha Aylott is the award winning author of “Get Blissed” which was first published 7th April 2015 and is available through Amazon.
Natasha hit a metaphorical wall in her ‘30’s as a mother of 2 young children, wife and director of her optical company and realised that something had to give. So over the next 10 years Natasha has developed her programme for helping others in a meaningful and authentic way and now she inspires others to step into their own power. Natasha Works for 2 charities as a mentor for high schools; and running self-esteem workshops for children. She helps people discover who they are and how they can overcome their own battles and belief systems in order that they can shine in the world.
