Join us for a creative workshop to nourish your soul and set your future intentions and visions at our Soul Creations -Creative Wellbeing Workshop at Soulshine Arts Studio in Christchurch.

This workshop is your chance to press pause, set your goals for the months ahead,  restore your energy and step forward  with a positive flare.

I’m delighted to be partnering with the incredibly talented Maria from Soulshine Arts and together we’ve created a soulful workshop consisting of:


✨ Creation of a min inspiration / vision book - A guided workshop to create an inspiration vision sheet of all your future goals, aspirations & dreams,  cleverly folded into a mini book to take home with you.

✨ Cacao Ceremony - Enjoy a welcoming warm cup of cacao to sip during a reading of gratitude for the cacao bean. Leaving you feeling grounded and relaxed.

✨ Sound Bath - A combination of sound generated by crystal sining bowls, chimes and many more percussion instruments, taking you on a journey of sensational sounds, releasing stress, stimulating blood flow throughout the body to enhance healing.

✨ Refreshments provided to keep your creative juices flowing, all material and craft supplies you need for your inspiration book will be included + a goodie bag.
