How much time do I need to commit each week?

Each week, you’ll want to set aside about 60–90 minutes for our main session or practice, plus any time you’d like for the writing prompts or extra reflection. Some people spend 2–3 hours in total each week, but it’s always flexible and guided by your own pace.

Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?

The core sessions are live so we can share energy together in real time. Some practices and visualisations may be recorded for you to revisit anytime you wish.

What if I can’t make a session?

Life happens — if you can’t make a live session, you’ll receive a any information and prompts afterwards (and a recording, where appropriate and on agreement with the container of the group) along with any notes or prompts you need. You won’t miss out.

Do I need any prior experience?

Not at all. Everything we do together is guided step by step — you don’t need to have tried breathwork, energy work, or creative writing before. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Will I have to share personal things?

Sharing is always optional. This space is offered as an anchoring opportunity — you’re welcome to share if it feels supportive, but there’s never any pressure to speak about anything you’d prefer to keep just for yourself

What do I need to take part?

A stable internet connection, a quiet-ish space, a notebook or journal, and something to write with. Comfortable clothes and maybe a blanket, cushions, something to write with and on, a yoga mat can help too, especially for breathwork or visualisations.

What if I feel uncomfortable during the practices?

Everything we do is invitational — you’re always free to pause, adapt, or skip anything that doesn’t feel right for your body or mind. I’m here to guide you safely and gently, and you’ll be encouraged to listen deeply to yourself at all times.

What are the dates that the online group couse will run from and too?

Thursday evening: September 11th, 18th, 25th, October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 8pm to 9:30pm (approx 60 to 90 minutes)
