The Workshop Goals is about reimagining discipline and self-care as tools of liberation — not punishment. For too long, we’ve been told that discipline means grind, and self-care means indulgence. But today, we reclaim both as sacred, intentional acts of self-respect.

Soul Purpose 360 Croydon is part of a national organisation with a global membership for Black & global majority women. We host regular sessions every month. The programme is a positive and supportive peer-led group, to motivate and support Black women to overcome personal challenges and to enable them to grow in confidence and resilience so that they too, can find their soul purpose.
