Wild Sauna Multisensory Experience with the Essential Oil Goddess

Join me and Jess at Motts Sauna, Menheniot - a woodland wilderness setting with acces to a cold river dip in South East Cornwall.

Reconnect with yourself through heat, steam, nature and the power of pure essential oils.

What to Expect

You will be guided through a deeply relaxing sauna ritual, combining the heat of fire and steam with the healing power of cold water therapy. Essential oils infuse the space, grounding your energy and opening your senses. This is a multisensory experience with options to taste aromatic waters, electrolytes and cacao infused with essential oils – a perfect blend for heart-opening and grounding.

We will enjoy aromatic salt scrub, a honey mask and herbal oat compresses to cleanse and nourish the skin.

Soak up the benefits of hot–cold therapy, reconnect with the elements, and leave feeling rejuvenated, calm, and re-aligned.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend that you bring 2 towels with you - one to use in the sauna to sit on and one for drying off at the end.

Bring a water bottle to make sure you stay hydrated (please avoic plastic bottles in the sauna - a metal water bottle is best).

Please bring your swimwear to wear in the sauna.

Please bring something warm and cosy to wear after the sauna in case you get cold.

What’s the changing room situation?

There are changing facilities in the yurt, toilets and a cold shower.

Please note we do not accept any responsibility for your belongings while you are in the sauna. We recommend that you leave all valuable items at home or in your car.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

Arrivals from 6pm. You'll have time to get changed in the yurt and enjoy a herbal tea before we enter the sauna at 6.30pm. We will enjoy a lesuirely 2 hour sweat together.

This is a divine sauna ritual in nature – steam, stillness, oils and soul. Breathe deep. Let go. Reconnect.
