Depending on the networking size, we work collectively in groups of 4/5...

Each person has 5 minutes to share your concern/ problem/ worry - this can be on any level (personal/ professional).

The rest of the group then spend up to 15 minutes supporting you by questioning/ challenging/ sharing

OUTCOME:

Hopefully each person walks away feeling better, having made new friends and with some action points for moving forward... oh that and a glass of vino (if that floats your boat...)
