🌊 Soul Sister Sauna & Sea – Overview

Step out of the everyday and into something sacred. Each month, under the stillness of the new moon or the glow of the full moon, we gather at the beautiful Studland Sauna Hut on Knoll Beach for a women’s ritual of release, renewal, and connection.

This is more than a sauna. It is a space to pause, breathe, and align with the cycles of nature - supported by fire, sea, and sisterhood.

✨ What to Expect

  • Guided intention setting aligned with the new or full moon
  • Card pull for reflection and guidance
  • Time in the wood-fired sauna to soften, restore, and reset
  • Optional sea dip for those who feel called to immerse in wild waters
  • Closing circle to ground, share, and carry the magic forward

🌿 Why Join?

  • Reconnect with your body and spirit through the elements of heat and water
  • Release stress and step into a new cycle of clarity and calm
  • Share meaningful connection with like-minded women in a safe and supportive space
