This class is for anyone seeking emotional healing, creative flow, or a deeper connection to their inner voice. You do not need to be a writer. Just bring a willingness to explore through words.

What happens during the class?

You’ll be gently guided through a two-hour Soul Writing experience. We'll begin with a brief intro to the method, a music-led meditation to enter flow state, and then move into timed writing exercises with optional sharing. Reflection, healing, and creative expression are at the core.

Is it okay if I don’t want to share my writing?

Absolutely. Sharing is always optional. This is a deeply personal space, and your comfort comes first.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

While we encourage cameras on (for a sense of connection), it’s not required. Come as you feel most comfortable.

Is this a religious class?

Accepted Answer

No. We may use language like “soul,” “spirit,” or “higher power,” but there is no religious dogma here. All beliefs and backgrounds are welcome.

Will my writing be critiqued?

Accepted Answer

No. This is not a technical or feedback-based writing workshop. It’s a healing space where we write for ourselves—not for performance or polish.

Is this really free? Can I donate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a free offering. Donations are always welcome if you feel called to give. You can contribute through Eventbrite or via Buy Me a Coffee.
