The retreat combines vinyasa flow yoga, yin and restorative yoga, healing meditations, inspiring poetry, opportunities to connect with nature, freshly prepared locally sourced plant-based meals, luxurious guest accommodation, a charming rural setting with unique peaceful ambiance, and an option to book therapists whose expertise and intuitive abilities will ensure that you will receive exactly what you need.

The Retreat is in a stunning stately home in the heart of the ancient woodland of the New Forest. Alice Hargreaves, the inspiration for Alice in Wonderland, spent many happy days playing here!
It is the perfect venue for a deep-dive into the healing power of nature, yoga and rest, with its beautiful tranquil, light-filled yoga space at the heart of the building, with characteristically Georgian high ceilings, long sash windows and French doors opening onto the lawns. The venue is a hub of holistic and whole-person wellbeing. It’s a place that allows you the time and space to focus on yourself, giving you the opportunity to regain a renewed and positive perspective on life.
