About this event

Family & Education • Parenting

Parenting today looks very different from how it once did. With screens, social pressures, and overstimulation shaping our children’s world, many of us are left wondering how to guide our young in this unrecognisable landscape.

The Soulful Parent Circle is a free 60-minute pilot session — an invitation to pause, share, and reconnect while exploring gentle holistic tools such as breathwork, crystals, oils, sound, and nature connection.

This gathering is also the beginning of something bigger: the intention is to co-create a supportive, ongoing community where parents can return regularly for connection, strength, and guidance through the challenges of modern parenting.

About this Event

Parenting in today’s world can feel overwhelming. Between constant demands and the pressure to “do it all,” it’s easy to forget your own needs. This circle offers you something different — a gentle pause.

✨ Step out of the busyness and into stillness
✨ Be held in a supportive, non-judgemental space with other parents
✨ Explore simple, soulful practices to calm and restore
✨ Honour your autonomy as a parent — empowering you to find what works for you and your family
✨ Leave with practical tools you can bring into everyday family life

This first session is a pilot — a chance to experience the circle, share your feedback, and help shape an ongoing support group designed to grow with the needs of parents.

Who is this led by?

The Soulful Parent Circle is lovingly guided by Laura Elizabeth — holistic practitioner, yoga teacher, and therapeutic children’s support worker — alongside experienced guest practitioners who bring their own wisdom and skills into the circle.

Together, we weave a blend of holistic practices — from breathwork and sound healing, to crystals, oils, yoga, and nature connection — all grounded in professional experience of therapeutic parenting and child development.

This collaboration ensures each gathering is rich, supportive, and responsive to the real challenges parents face in today’s world.

What to Bring
