Welcome to SoulFul Sanctuary!

Come join us for an evening filled with relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection.

This weekly event that has been hidden now for almost 4 years is designed to nourish and restore your mind, body and soul through a variety of ways. Including open sharing to release any tension (invitation, not expectation) breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, and a sound bath to finish.


The class is intuitively led each week, so no week is ever the same as the last!

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a peaceful space where you can unwind, recharge, and find deep inner peace and connection. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or completely new to the world of wellness, you're most welcome.

Meditation and breathwork alone encourages healthy sleep patterns, foster mental clarity and calmness, enhance self-awareness, alleviate chronic stress, relaxes both the mind and body, diminishes negative emotions, boosts patience and tolerance, sharpens concentration, cultivates imagination and creativity, and reduces stress and anxiety.

Intertwining the sound bath, which thankfully the medical field now acknowledges what ancient wisdom and quantum physics have told us all along, sound has the power to heal, rewire and transform. We are all energy vibrational frequencies!

I can accommodate anyone who wants to join us because everyone matters and deserves to feel part of a community of like-minded individuals while gaining great benefits to their health and overall wellbeing week by week.

Ideally, you will choose to attend every week to build a regular practice of self-care and restorative health; you are, however, welcome to join us when it feels aligned for you.
