Come join us forthe ultimate relaxation experience at Soulspace at The Boathouse, Guildford, Millbrook, Guildford, UK. Join this gorgeous Soundbath & Reiki event one of our regular "Soulspace Sessions". Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you immerse yourself in a state of deep relaxation and tranquility.

During this event, you will be guided through a Soundbath where you'll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of various instruments. Feel the stress melt away as sound healer, Nicky Akal uses her numerous instruments to help the sounds penetrate your body and mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

In addition to the Soundbath, you will also receive the healing energy of Reiki. Experienced Reiki practitioner, Catherine Tarr will gently channel this universal life force energy to help balance your chakras and promote overall well-being.

Where do I find Soulspace?

We are located at The Boathouse, Guildford. The Boathouse, Guildford is located in the Millbrook car park off Millbrook, GU1 3XJ. Please enter through the main automatic doors - Soulspace is marked above the doors. There will be someone to point you to the correct location in the reception area.

Is there parking?

There is parking available at the Millbrook car park. Pay by machine or Ringo App. There's a fixed fee charge for afternoons.

What should I wear

Please wear clothing that is comfortable and keeps you warm. Bring extra layers.

Do I need to bring anything?

We can provide yoga mats and blankets, but please bring your own if you have one. Please also bring blankets, pillow, socks and blanket/ throw. A bolster and eye pillow, might be a nice extra. If you don'd have anything - please just message us ahead to let us know.

What happens during the Soundbath and Reiki?

Participants will lie down on a yoga mat with pillows and blankets hoping them become more comfortable. Nicky (soundhealer )will welcome participants and begin the practice Catherine (reiki practitioner) will move around the room administering reiki. The experience will last one hour or so.

Do you cater for injuries? Is it safe for me to take part?

If you have any injuries where you struggle to lie, please contact us, we can arrange for you to sit instead. Soundbaths are generally considered safe for most people regardless of age /fitness level. If pregnant or diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures or have mental health conditions, ask your GP.

Can I take part if I have hearing impairment?

The vibrations of sound can be felt as well as heard. However there is a chance that discomfort may be felt in people with hearing aids or impairment. Speak with your doctor and make your decision with this advice. Tags
