What do I need to bring with me?

You can bring anything to make yourself comfortable. What I recommend is: 
- yoga mat
- eye mask
- blanket
- pillow(s)
- fluffy socks
- something to drink

Question 2

I have a back ache and I cannot lie down for a long time, can I attend?

Yes of course please do let me know and I can have a chair for you.

Question 3

Are sound baths safe?

Accepted Answer

It is advised for pregnant people in their first trimester or with high-risk pregnancies, to consult with their doctor before participating in a gong bath. Also the same is recommended for people with heart conditions such as arrhythmias, hypertension and having a pacemaker.

Question 4

What can I do in a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is expected of you, you can simply lie down and receive. You can meditate, you can do breathwork or simply focus on your breath, it is very beautiful to focus on the bodily sensations and in general to be mindful of what arises within you.

Will you place any singing bowls on my body?

I never do that  in any of my sound baths. You can rest assured you can lie down and fully relax and expect not to be interrupted in any way by me.
