Unwind and Recharge: A Trauma-Informed Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Experience
Embark on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
This unique evening session offers a powerful combination of sound healing and Reiki healing, creating a supportive and trauma-informed space for you to unwind and recharge.
Immerse yourself in a symphony of calming sounds. I'll guide you through a carefully curated soundscape, using instruments known for their therapeutic properties:
Shamanic drum: Its rhythmic pulse grounds your energy and connects you to your inner rhythm.
Crystal singing bowls: Their pure, resonant tones wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.
Rainstick: The gentle, soothing sound of falling rain evokes a sense of peace and tranquillity. Wind chimes: Their delicate tinkling adds a layer of airiness and lightness to the atmosphere. As you surrender to the sounds, l'll also be channelling Reiki healing energy. Reiki is a gentle technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages emotional and physical well-being, creating an environment for you to receive the healing benefits of Reiki.
