About sound baths:

A sound bath is a experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves. The sounds are produced from various sources, including instruments such as gongs, himalayan singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice with the integration of silence. The use of instruments can be said to allow the mind and body to rest. It can be said that a sound bath can be relaxing or uplifting and can be tailored to suit the needs or requirements of an individual or group.

Rhythms may be used, the sound forms a carefully selected wash of instruments and voice using resonance and overtones.

During a sound bath I will use a combination of voice, gongs, singing bowls and percussive instruments.

Participants are encouraged to lie down and relax on a yoga mat or cushions or sit in a chair, to simply rest, relax listen and follow the sounds.

My sound baths last for approximately 60 minutes.

If you would like to attend but are struggling financially please contact me to discuss as I offer a small number of complimentary tickets.

Sound baths are not suitable for those with a diagnosis of epilepsy, complex mental health issues, health conditions triggered by sound or meniere's disease. Sound baths are not suitable for those fitted with a pacemaker or for those in the first trimester of pregnancy.
