Do I need to bring anything ?

Yoga mats will be provided. You may want to bring something for your head and maybe a blanket.

What happens if I arrive late?

The class starts at 5.30 sharp and you will not be able to gain access to the class. We suggest you arrive at 5.25 so you can get yourself comfortable.

What happens if I have booked and cannot come?

The spaces are limited - and free - for this class. If you find you cannot come to the class, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite so that someone else can take your space.

What happens if I fall asleep?

You probably will and no one will judge you!
