I'm delighted to be able to bring a new morning session to the heart of Earlsfield: Sound Bath at the Church, which will take place on a quarterly basis for adults.

Feel renewed as your body and mind realign as you relax into this immersive soundscape, allowing you to take a break from the choas of everyday life and getting you ready for the day ahead.
We start the session by bringing awareness to ourselves through breath and meditation, and then relax into a wonderful sounds created by the gong, chimes, and other percussion instruments.
Sound baths can help promote a sense of wellbeing and relaxation which in turn helps brings a whole host of health benefits - such as strengthening our nervous systems and resotring our energy and vitality. Many also feel increased creativity and mental resiliance following a sound bath.
Please bring your own mat, blankets, pillows - anything to make you comfy as you settle in!
Please note - sound baths are not recommended for those with heart conditions, within 6 weeks of surgery, epilepsy, or the first trimester of pregnancy.
