Sound Bath at Woolstone Community Centre

Unwind after the holidays and give yourself the gift of peace, by taking sometime to nurture yourself and reset before the New Year in one of our immersive and deeply meditative Sound Bath Sessions!

Our idyllic venue is easy to find in Woolstone, which based close to Central Milton Keynes just off the H6. We have our own dedicated, well lit car park, directly outside.

On the day, our facilitator, Shon from Inneflow will be running 4 sessions, one before lunch at 11.30 am, one after lunch at 2 pm and two in the evening at 6 pm and then 7.45 pm, giving you plenty of options to choose from. The doors will open for each session 15 minutes beforehand to allow you to get settled in before the start.

Sound Baths are a very unique experience, as well as being very enjoyable and having many positive benefits, they can help you to let go of any anxiety and tension as you travel internally into a place peace, calm and well-being as you are bathed in the sound and vibrations of many beautiful Sound Healing instruments.

The sessions are all pre-book only and for over 18's, 16 plus if with a parent.

The cost is £20 per person and is non refundable.

On the day

Mats to lay on will be provided, please feel free to bring your own to lay on top.
Please wear warm comfortable clothing
Bring pillows / cushions for support,
Bring a warm blanket and water to drink afterwards.

Please note:

A sound bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy. Have a pacemaker, metal cochlear implants, or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Tinnitus, Labyrinthitis or Meniere's Disease. Please refer to your GP in the first instance.
