About this event
Join us for a restorative sound bath in London, where soothing vibrations from Tibetan bowls, gong, and other healing instruments will wash away stress and leave you deeply relaxed and refreshed.
Our sound baths are held in a cozy, welcoming space for small groups of up to 8 people — creating an intimate environment where you can truly let go and recharge.
What is Sound Healing
Sound healing works by retuning the body’s natural frequencies, helping you return to a state of balance and harmony. Vibrations from sound can also resonate with stored emotions, supporting emotional release, clarity, and personal growth.
Regular sound baths are associated with benefits such as:
· Reducing stress and anxiety
· Promoting deep relaxation and better sleep
· Supporting pain relief and circulation
· Balancing chakra energy centres
· Enhancing mood and emotional clarity
· Boosting the immune system
· Releasing blockages and toxins from the body
What to expect
During this 60-minute sound bath, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state while immersed in therapeutic sounds and frequencies. Instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and chimes are played to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
No experience is needed — simply bring yourself, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to carry you into calm.
About your Facilitator
My name is Blaithin, and I am a Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Energy Healer with over 30 years of experience as a nurse in both the UK and Australia.
After 27 years in Australia, I felt a strong pull to return home to London to create a healing space where people can nurture their emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
Sound healing has become increasingly popular because of its effectiveness, accessibility, and affordability. For me, facilitating sound baths is both a privilege and a joy — not only do participants benefit from the frequencies, but as a practitioner, I too feel the healing effects of the vibrations.

Frequently asked questions
A sound bath is an alternative therapy that uses sound vibrations to improve and maintain emotional and physical well-being. The practitioner uses instruments which create vibrations to encourage the vibrations in the body. These instruments include gong, Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls.
The instruments vibrations help to clear energy blockages resulting in a harmonious flow of energy in the body. Sound healing encourages the brain to move into Theta brainwave frequencies which is our natural healing frequency, it creates a balance between the two hemispheres of the brain.
Sound baths offer a powerful way to relax and restore your inner well-being. During a sound bath you will lie down in a comfortable position closing your eyes and allowing the healing sounds to wash over and immerse you. The vibrations of the music can penetrate our cells promoting deep relaxation.
Our sound baths last approximately one hour. During the session it is not uncommon to experience a range of sensations or a release of emotions in addition to a deep sense of relaxation. It’s important to allow yourself to experience anything that arises and breath through it without judgment.
When attending a sound healing session you should dress in loose and comfortable clothes and drink plenty of water before and after your session. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided for your comfort, but you can bring your own if you wish to do so.
