Join us for an hour of wellness and healing where will practice Breath Work, Guided Meditation and relax deeply in a 432 HZ Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Drum Healing to finish.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! I will guide you through. It is a deeply relaxing experience.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring along a Yoga mat (if you have one) however, Yoga mats are available and can be provided. Please bring along: A Blanket, A pillow or cushion for your head, an eye mask (if you have one) and Water to keep hydrated. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There is limited free parking in the car park at the side of the venue and parking on the street nearby.

Can anyone attend?

Unfortunately if you are pregnant or have metal implants in your body, you will be unable to attend as this is a contraindication. The event is also for adults only.
