Frequently asked questions

What do I need to Bring?

You will need to dress comfortably and bring with you a mat or something you find comfortable to lay on plus a blanket and pillow or cushion.

I have mobility issues can I still join in?

Absolutely! If you prefer to stay seated in a chair due to mobility issues that’s absolutely fine. You are still able to enjoy the session.

I can’t make the event - will I be refunded?

A full refund will be given up to 48 hours prior to the event. After this time no refunds will be issued.

I have hearing loss or wear hearing aids - can I still join in?

Sound therapy works on resonance and vibration so even those with hearing loss can benefit from the event. However, we do recommend turning down or turning off the aids for your own comfort as the instruments can resonate loudly and certain models of aid may whistle.
