What to Expect
You and your baby will be welcomed into a calm and nurturing space. After settling in with your mat and blankets, you’ll simply lie down or sit comfortably while gentle sounds wash over you. Tara will begin with a short meditation based around connection to baby and connection to your heart, followed by the sounds and some singing.
Babies are free to feed, sleep, or make noise — everything is held with ease and acceptance. There’s nothing you need to do; just relax, breathe, and allow the soothing vibrations to support both you and your little one.

About the facilitator
Tara is an experienced professional musician, music teacher, vocal coach and sound therapist who qualified at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and studied with the International Sound Healing Academy. She has been performing and teaching music for over 20 years and sharing sound baths in and around Bristol and Wales for the past three years.
Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including bands, special schools, care homes and in community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sound was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones physical, emotional and spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific instruments.
