Sound Bath & Gong Sound Journey

Sound Bath - Sound Meditation, also known as Gong Bath or Sound Journey.

A Sound Bath is a restorative Sacred Sound Concert using a variety of instruments known for their healing frequencies and vibrations. These are carefully selected to lull you into deeper states of being and relaxation. A sonic massage for the mind, body and soul to nourish and clear your energy fields.

Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and aid deep relaxation. It slows down your brainwaves, the nervous system and body chemistry to a healing state and guides you into a deep connection within oneself.

Come join us for a blissful experience that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and find peace in the midst of our busy lives.

Times:

A rrive by 7:20 which gives you the chance to settle in and get yourself comfortable. The session will start at 7:35, No Late Comers. Once the doors have closed we will not stop the session to let you in.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat/gym mat.
• Pillow /cushion ( anything else to help you to get comfortable).
• Blankets/sleeping bag
• Warm socks
• Water or tea for hydration

IMPORTAN:

Not recommended for those in their first trimester due to the delicate nature of this stage in pregnancy. May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace markers, metal implants, tinnitus, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental heath issue. Please seek medical advice prior to booking. This is adult only event. No alcohol ( please do not consume alcohol before the session).

Cancellation policy:

Tickets can not be refunded. However if you can't attend, please contact me 24hr before to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member to attend the session.

If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstance, you will be issued a full refund.

I have been to several of Jackie's Sound Journeys and they are always a wonderful and relaxing hour. Each

'Journey' is slightly different as she uses a variety of instruments including singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks and of course - the Gongs. We lay down in a candlelit room which has plenty of space and is decorated with candles. Herbal and fruit teas are provided and there is no rush for us to leave at the end of the session. Jackie has a beautiful soul and this shines through her sessions.

She has many regular customers and the feeling of collective peace as we listen, is very special.
