Embark on an inner journey guided by resonant vibrations, melodic tones & sounds of nature in this one-hour sound journey.

Tibetan singing bowls release gentle ripples of sound, while chimes infuse the air with harmonious frequencies along with different elemental sounds that allow these auditory caresses to gently coax away the strains of modern life, allowing tension to dissipate and a deep sense of well-being to emerge.

The sound waves bathe your senses, inviting introspection and inviting your body's natural healing mechanisms to flow.

As you surrender to the immersive auditory experience, the boundaries between stress and tranquillity blur, creating space for profound inner healing.

This will be a monthly sanctuary where you are cradled in a tapestry of sound, embarking on a holistic journey of self-care and restoration.

Precautions

  • Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to the unstable nature of any pregnancy during the first trimester.
  • Tinnitus/ Menieres / Epilepsy or any condition which is sound sensitive or could be triggered by sound.
  • Metal implants/pacemakers etc. (can resonate the metal and also change the rhythm of pacemakers)
  • Anyone with a serious Mental Health Condition.
