It will be a relaxing hour of sound immersion which you can enjoy either lying down on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair.

Sound can be extremely healing and helpful as it gently soothe our body, mind and spirit.

The room is situated on the ground floor and easily accessible.Yoga mats are provided but please bring a blanket to keep warm during the session.
