What should I bring?

Your yoga mat and anything anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.

You might like an eye mask or warm socks. You’ll lie down for most of the session, so comfort is key. Wear clothing you can relax in — think soft layers.

Do I need any experience to join a Sound Bath?

Not at all. This Sound Bath experience is open to everyone, whether it’s your first sound bath or your fifteenth. All you need is a willingness to relax and receive.

What happens after the Sound Bath?

We’ll close with some gentle grounding practices, and then you’re welcome to stay a little longer for herbal tea, light snacks, and oracle card pulls. It’s a lovely way to connect with others.

What if I fall asleep?

That’s totally okay — your body takes what it needs! You’ll still receive the benefits of the sound journey, even in deep rest.

Are there any contraindications for Sound Baths?
