Join Kinga and Ellie for a nourishing journey combining therapeutic sound, intuitive creativity and gentle self-connection.

We begin with a beautifully guided, body-led creative session — an intuitive art process designed to help you listen inward, express freely, and connect with the deeper wisdom that lives within you.

No artistic experience is needed. Everything is offered with care in a safe space with permission to explore at your own pace.

We close with an immersive sound bath, sealing the experience with calm, clarity, and energetic integration.

Please note that if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, Meniere's disease or severe mental health issues you are advised to contact us directly to discuss.

Please arrive few minutes before the start of the event as we will start at the exact scheduled time.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or two for extra padding, cushion, blanket and some water.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Sound Bath will receive full refund. Late cancellations or failure to attend will not be eligible for refund.
