About this event

Seasonal Sound Bath Series: Frequencies of the Fading Light.

As the seasons turn from the bright fullness of summer into the quieter months of autumn and early winter, we invite you to immerse yourself in a restorative sound bath experience that honours this natural descent of light.

Between September and December, nature begins to slow. The days shorten, the air cools, and the light becomes more golden and diffuse. This transitional period is an ideal time to rest, reflect, and restore—realigning with the quieter rhythms of the season.

🎵

What to Expect

You will be immersed in the soothing tones of:

• Crystal singing bowls

• Tibetan and Himalayan bowls

• Chimes and drums

• Symphonic and Chau gongs

• Tuning forks and tingsha bells

• A crystal pyramid and seasonal wind chimes

These instruments, each attuned to specific frequencies across a wide range of notes, are layered with intention to mirror the gentle descent of seasonal energy—from the energising clarity of autumn to the deep restfulness of early winter. The soundscape supports physical, emotional, and mental balance, helping to alleviate stress, tension, and energetic stagnation.

🧠

The Science: Brainwave and Circadian Entrainment

Carefully calibrated sound frequencies encourage the brain to synchronise with natural rhythmic patterns—guiding participants from alert Beta states into the calming Alpha and Theta states.

This entrainment supports:

• Alpha waves (8–12 Hz): calm focus, meditative awareness, and gentle introspection

• Theta waves (4–8 Hz): emotional processing, creativity, and deep relaxation

As the nervous system downshifts, the body moves into a parasympathetic state. Many participants report a heightened clarity of thought, emotional release, and a spacious inner stillness—ideal for seasonal recalibration.

🌒

Effortless Restoration

There is nothing you need to do but receive. This fully passive practice is designed to support your system without effort—inviting deep rest as your body attunes to the frequencies of the season.
