About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Ages 18+

Welcome to the Sound Bath Meditation at Y Gât Sanclêr/St Clears. Join us on July 31st, 2025 at 6:15 PM (Europe/London) for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

You’ll begin by being softly guided into a beautiful meditation—a few quiet moments to settle your breath, calm the mind, and arrive fully in the space. No pressure, just presence and heart open.

Lie back, breathe deeply, and let yourself drift into stillness. It begins with the gong—its low, rolling waves of sound ripple across the space, loosening tension and grounding you in the present. Then come the tubular bells: soft chimes like droplets of light, gently lifting your awareness, clearing the mind, creating space.

The crystal singing bowls follow, their clear, shimmering tones spiraling out and around you. Each note resonates through your body, harmonizing your energy and calming your nervous system. There’s no rush, no right way to feel. Just sound, silence, and the steady unwinding of everything you no longer need to carry.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and completely restored. Just show up—and let the sound do the rest.

We look forward to seeing you there, Mark & Jo.

Frequently asked questions

What to bring?

Bring a yoga matt or comfortable matt to lie down, a blanket, maybe an eye poillow, relax and soak up the healing sound vibrations from the gong and tubular bells. If you'd prefer to sit, please bring your chair of choice.

What to expect?

During a gong bath, people gather together and settle comfortably on the floor, allowing themselves to unwind in silence as Mark intuitively plays the instruments. He creates a rich tapestry of sounds and vibrations that wash over the group. Rather than actively participating, attendees simply relax

Toilets

There are toilets within the Hall.

Looking after yourself after the Sound Bath

Please ensure you drink plenty of water after the sound bath. The vibrations will have stirred your lymphatic system and you'll need to flush away any released toxins.

Before you drive home

Before you drive home please check in with yourself and ensure that you are safe to drive home. Sometimes a Sound Bath can cause states of euphoria and a spaced out feeling. Please be sure to come back to your body, ground out before driving.

Organized by
