About this event

In the chaos of everyday life, how often do we ever take time for ourselves? To just sit still and allow us to truly dig deep within, connecting to our true selves and the universe?

A sound bath is just the thing to help people relax and tune in to themselves.

The sounds from the Himalayan Sound bowls will help balance and restore energy as well as guide you to where you need healing.

Everyone has the power to heal themselves and it is up to the person to take the first step to do so.

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound Therapy is a very powerful form of energy healing, that helps us rebalance our bodies frequencies. It has potential to help us recognise and release things that we are holding onto, reconnect to our true selves and become one with the universe. It can even activate spiritual awakening.

Some of the benefits are:

Decreases blood pressure and stimulates blood circulation.

Slows heart rate and normalises the breath

Relaxes the muscles.

Changes viscosity of phlegm in lungs.

Deep massage of intestines (often resulting improvement of constipation)

Reduces stress-hormone levels (Cortisol, Beta-endorphin and ACTH).

Improves reproduction function.

What to expect:

You will be welcomed into the space and be asked to find a spot to lay down and get comfortable. I will then go into how the session will be run and answer any questions which may arise in the beginning. We will then begin with some simple breath work and go into the sound bath which will be ended with some more breath work. I will then hand out some home made tea to help get you back into your bodies so you don't feel too "woo woo" and will open up for a discussion about experiences as well as answer any questions that may arise.

YOGA MATTS WILL BE PROVIDED - If you need a chair please email me.

Organised by

Hi there, I’m Storm, a qualified Sound Therapist & Sekhem Energy Worker from South East London.

Being a musical soul since a little girl, I decided to look at ways how sound can help the mind & body. I then qualified as a sound therapist by the Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association as well as trained in Sekhem Healing by Dawn Bradley.

I fell in love with the Himalayan Singing Bowls. They have transformed my well-being, as well as healed me from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, to which I have had a regular cycle ever since I qualified being a sound therapist! Woo!

I have made it my mission, to help others relax and guide them to tap into their own self-healing abilities.

We all have the ability to heal ourselves, we just need to take the first step!

I look forward to connecting with you! x
